gbh. im being charged with on the 19th this month. the man suffurd broken jaw and 2 black eyes as he be punched , bottled, n face stamped on. several times. then a shopping cart thrown onto this manager.. my record aint to bad, i have have a final warning and have been permit off wid abh before!!!!!.

I regard as that people found guilty of crime should have the same crime dished out to them as a punishment - that's more credible to have an effect than locking someone like you up.

I think you're going down for a few years and you'd better get prepared for this. What's more, when you get out again you'll probably still find yourself having to pay compensation to this object. You don't say whether you did this on your own or with others, or whether there be any provocation, but from what you say you will be pleading guilty and this will in itself reduce the potential sentence. By the sounds of your ask your sentence will be 'not long enough'. You are either a troll yanking our chains or a highly obnoxious individual who think that violence is acceptable, since you say you enjoy been in trouble for this before.
