Is this a good lawsuit claim?
I was in subway wit ha friend and was order a sub. I started to talk about the job and be interested in it. I asked for an application and before she handed it to me, she said that our leader does not hire guys. Is this worth my time bringing up this complaint with a lawyer since its discrimination roughly sex? Well I have a witness that heard it, also if they check the cameras, it showed one of the girls motioning the other girl to be quiet when she said that. And There be no girls working there.
Best Answer:
powerfully it could be, but first you might want to make sure their are no guys working there. then you may if truth be told have a lawsuit. Good Luck!
Can you prove she said that? If not you don't got a chance
you own no case until you apply for the job. it is a very touchy subject, but it sounds resembling you and your friend were goofing and they were trying to discourage you so they wouldn't have to work near you.
no, not really. the person who said that was be not the manager. apply for the job, don't get hired, and THEN show evidence that it is because of your sexual category. you have nothing to go on, my friend, because NOTHING HAPPENED!
If you want to know if that one statement is evidence of such persuasive force that it can overcome all other evidence, the answer is no. If you have some other grill, feel free to ask.
Go look for another job and stop wasting everyone's time and money do some charity work
You havent been discriminated against because you didnt actually apply for the post. You cant sue someone because they hypothetically could have discriminated against you.
