Can I stop my boss from treating me?
New manger drinks, smokes and takes drugs at work. I told dist manager, he told my manager what I said. now my manager is trying to do everything to get me fired. we Had a meeting with the owner, he said there was not much he could do, dist manager said he did witness drinking and drugs and told the owner so , owner is friends with my manager and knows he has a problem and said he would let us work it out our selves . My manager is now treating to beat the &#@! Out of me. This is going to end very badly. I loose $20k if i leave.
You are in a no-win situation and might as well bail out.
I'm guessing the drugs are of the illegal type, call crime stoppers and report him, collect the reward.

Your kinda stuck unless your employer is a franchise business CALL CORPORATE NOW. If not the only thing you can do is call the police when he is on the Job intoxicated and if you can get recordings of him threatning you. good luck.
