California: Trial by declaration... can I change my plead to guilty?

I received a traffic ticket for non moving violation a few months back....The ticket was powered issue and no insurance. I tried taking the short cut paid the ticket/bail amount online. For some reason, I messed up and I guess I ask for a trail by declaration beside not guilty plead. My question is, can I change my plead to guilty through the form they send me?...or would I enjoy to go to court do it over there?

Call the court. You should be able to modify it.
