What happens to a false rape accuser?
I've just got out of jail a couple days ago from a false rape charge from my ex girlfriend. Feels right to be free again, but her compulsive lying disorder cost me my job, my grades in college this semester, my family's respect, a serious relationship I was involved within at the time of being charged (she found someone new while I was surrounded by jail), etc. To sum it up she ruined my life and now I could just waste myself....... joking. I feel hurt, pissed off and so masses other words I cannot express at the moment. I am not yet fully aware of the consequences of her lying under oath but hope to god they are severe. My questions are what will ensue to her and how can I make a fresh start? Thinking about moving to another state.

not sure of the consequences, but it seem the law goes easy on us girls for this type of entity (duke accuser was never charged)
Assuming you can prove this and if your police and prosecutors won't indict her, then you should sue her in civil court. There are two sides to every story--are you really unfolding us both??
