Will we win the case?
We have a property case with illustrious court and it gave us a compensation which was not sufficient. We havent accepted the compensation and file a case in supreme court regarding like. MC has only used a part of our property to construct a road. Will we be capable of get our property back or if we will be given compensation, will it be the same as put by them quicker or it will be according to the current prevailing rates. How much are the chances that we will get the property back. The cynical point was that we filed a case after few years then of the decision of high court and we have allowed MC to contruct a road from our property

It depends on the highly developed court~sometimes they reverse decisions it is not unheard of~I pray you win your case ~never give up hope
Usually if you bring the money, then you will have no recourse. (US law) I take it your property be taken in an immanent domain case?
