What happens to you when you've been accused of fraud?
My friends mother just found out that there was around 1000 dollars surrounded by cash advances on her credit card that she didn't make, she file a fraud report. My friends knows that her brother did it. Do you think that they will be able to find out who took the money after report have been made? And if they do find out, what will happen to the person who took the money?

No they won't find him and no nought will happen to them. My bf's identity was stolen. In one day this party ran up a few thousand in fraudulent charges. You would think when someone buys things online, they could be tracked down. But lucklessly, the police don't have the time or the "jurisdiction" to deal with this stuff. So the creeps return with away with it and get to keep the free stuff. The sufferer gets stuck with the headache and the responsibility of cleaning up the mess.
