Can an employer suspend me and fire me because she does not like me?
bud68: actually no, its the VP of patient quality who stated she does not approaching me and no matter what anyone says, she is going to fire me. Using our hospital regulations, she wrote me up for accidently writing inpatient in one of my transcript that I had admitted a patient as scrutiny. She has instructed all case manager to leave all admissions for me to do, going on for 50 a day and then one case superior goes through all my work and she writes up all mistakes, if none exist next she is to creates them. According to the VP, writing "inpatient" is a serious infractions that will result in suspension in two weeks, the soonest she is allowed to re-evaluate me between notices.

That's your version of events.
An employer can not fire you, becuase he/she does not close to you. However, under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), an empoyer can either suspend or fire you based on your sexual position.
If you're an at-will hand they can fire you for any or no reason at all. The exception is that they may not fire you for the protected reasons (Eg. Race, Nationality)
Only if you aren't receiving benefits, however they still need an incentive for firing you (something stupid similar to "Inadequate worker"). For example, my mom is a pharmacist at Walgreens, where she receives benefits. If her boss came to her and fired her for no judgment, she has the right to sue.
It depends if you are in an "at-will" state, which ability that an employer can fire you for any or no reason. However, there is an implied good dependence clause in all employment arrangements, so if that is the source she states you may be able to get a court to decide that you should not be fired. But within probably will be something she comes up with. Also, sometimes certain factors alteration the at will relationship, such as promises of a certain salary, etc. but most companies are very guarded to make sure that doesn't happen (check your handbook for words resembling "at will". Usually there has to be some rational principle for suspension/termination no matter what, but almost any reason will be acceptable. If, however, she put within writing "i am firing you because I don't like you" you may have a good travel case. Otherwise I'd try and find a more friendly place to work.
Hell no she can't unless your job is brass in hand then she can pretty much do what she wishes cash in hand really money slave wanted but if she fires you report her asap x hope this helps
She can suspend you but cannot simply fire you over that reason or that is discriminating, unless there is a lawful reason on her side to fire you
Yes! Yes she can -- if you are employed in the USA, if you are not working pursuant to an employment contract or a collective bargaining agreement, and if the aim she does not like you has nothing to do beside your membership in a protected class such as a racial group.
