Sure, they do it all the time in the military. It promotes team work and support. It also helps because you watch your co-workers more and encourage them to do right so all of you don't get punished.

you cant. nor can rights be (legally) stripped away. and when rights are being systematically violated by a government - the people have a right to dissolve that government a put another in it's place. it says so in the american declaration of independance. the universal declaration of human rights is another document you might want to read.
