Divorce Question (California)?

In the state of California, does it matter which county the divorce papers are first filed? I am interested in starting contained by this county, but will be moving in a couple of months. I'm guessing there shouldn't be a problem if both parties agree. Also, Do you still hold to go to a court hearing if both parties agree? Thanks.
I would devise so if you have kids cause you have to jump through the mediation thing, but if it is just the two of you, then the answer is no. I divorced my ex and he never go to court or had representation.
Usually you have to be a resident of a county for 3-6 months prior to filing. If you move then, it should not be a problem.
