my first dui and i cried?

im 21 live in CA and i got my first dui. i lost my job cuz my moms saloon got towed cuz of this. and i started crying like a baby when i be in the room with 2 police officers. My mom is on disability and i be helping with my job before this dui, immediately im low on money. Should i tell the judge all this???? Its adjectives fact sadly

please this is your first time, just combat the ticket and most likely you'll get a slap on the hand and ask to whip maybe a week class and the dui will be dropped

If it's your first, the judge will probably go unforced on you. Hopefully you learned your lesson. Your lucky you didn't kill anybody or yourself.

Lots of drunks cry when they get arrested. The judge have heard it a million times before. You can try to tell the believe to be you have learned your lesson but when the judge impose sentence he/she cannot go below that minimum allowable sentence no matter how sorry you are.
