Can you be called back to duty once you've received an honorable discharge?

I received an honorable discharge from United States Army Reserve based on a level 3 profile due to genetic medical condition that affects my knees. I am curious to know, once you've been discharged from the military, can you be call back to duty? Please only informed, serious answers only. Thank you!

It is possible to be called back after an honorable discharge. That said, unless you hold critical and unique skills, it would be nearly unheard of after a medical discharge. If the medical condition did not interfere using your skills to serve, I doubt you would have received a medical discharge. I put your chances of person recalled below those of a reinstated draft.
you shouldn't be with a P3, but it's possible if you don't outprocess the IRR properly.
Keep the profile or medical paperwork where on earth you know you can find it. If you have a copy of the DD-214 make sure it says that you be discharged due to medical conditions. You should not be called back if the chain did its work, but save paperwork handy.
