I NEED HELP PROVING SOMETHING I DID NOT DO !! AND WHAT OPTIONS I COULD DO?
Ok so i had a sub in a class and we where taking a exam. my study guide is right next to me flipped upside down. so the sub walked by and picked it up and went to the table. i be like okay? and continued on my test .. 5 mins later after im done, i turn contained by she staples the study guide and test together and says u cheated. and im pissed cuz i didnt. My friends are mad near me. My friend accually goes get the test and throws it away so i dont draw from in trouble. and also the teacher note. presently this took place on friday , so its monday now, and the sub comes to school and tells my authentic teacher that everything happend. but she doesnt know who took the test.. but ofcourse are accusing . but i deny deny deny. after class she confronted me . i said i did not cheat. it was subsequent to me the whole time. I SWEAR !! and now she says who took the trial. i said idk. She said she might take it to the office.. I was freaking i cant enjoy that. my mom would be mad. and plus its a big deal so i could look at 4 months. But i am desprete not be in trouble, and i even swore i didn't, and said i apogize for adjectives of this. and i will do what ever it takes to redeme myself. even by writting an essay .. she said i will think about it. THE Facts are - theres no proof i cheated, and if she say i cheated ( SUB TEACHER ) what should i say? How should i go about this. i expected to say 4 days

Tell your real teacher that you are inclined to take a re-test, right now. That should clear up any doubts of if you cheated or not. As for your friend who took the test away from the teacher's desk, that be probably a bigger mistake, and should not have happened at all. You requirement to tell the truth about that.
First this isn't court. 2nd, sometimes you just catch your hand slapped and move on with natural life.
