Can my friend move in with me? Is this legal?
When i turn 18, i can rent a flat/apartment, yes? My friend won't be 18 for another few months after me. Will she have to wait until she turns 18 or can she still be my roomate whilst being 17? I'll be contained by England. Im not sure how the law works =/

yes you ill be able to, your legaly competent to look after yourself and others at the age of 18 : )
Well, I live in the states and I'm pretty sure here that if she wanted to move surrounded by with you at 17 she would need parental consent. But then again, law may vary.
At 18, you can rent an apartment. You're 18. You're an adult. It would be up to your friend's parents to decide if she can live near you. If they are okay with it, then yes. But if they say no, she have to wait until she is 18.
If the lease is in your name, and you have disclosed that two population will live in the apartment, then there is nought illegal about having a roommate. I am not sure of the age of consent within England, but she likely would only need to be of official age of consent to sign the lease.
