Is there a government website that defines Wisconsin Statutes?
The cops have been "investigating" this for over a month, still have not issued any citations. My ex posted pictures of me on his myspace details calling me a whore, and then posted my full name and address on craigslist, the title was calling me the B word. I'm reading some definition but can only find them on attorney's websites. I think they should be charged on 2 separate counts, as the internet postings were not single vulgar but harassing. I'm trying to find something to show the police department how to do THEIR JOB! Anyone know where I can find the website showing what the definition of the statutes are so I can print up and make a complaint to the police department? Apparently their "investigator" is still "Investigating." Please do not give me the info from attorney's websites, I've already found a gazillion of those. I'm trying to find the Wisconsin system page. Or if anyone knows the specific codes for harassing/disorderly conduct that these situations would apply to...thanks
