Hep B is blood born pathogen. Unless you are have sex with the boss or sharing needles, there is no possibility of catching it.
Call the Health Department. They take Hepatitis VERY seriously, and will probably shut the place down and/or not allow anyone back to work until they are tested negative.
What character of business is it? ---------------------- Edit: Like Scott said, it's carried in the blood. He can't give it to you by coughing near by, bumping elbows, or using the bathroom. It would give somebody a lift intimate contact in which blood was exchanged, a lot similar to HIV.
Much depends on the type of workplace. Unless you are at risk for contact with bodily fluids, you should not be at risk. Perhaps this knit will provide some insight. http://www.hbvadvocate.org/hepatitis/hepb/HBV_occurisk_FS.html
