Can a person who is in the middle of a bankruptcy claim legally take care of someone else's finances?
Best Answer:
I don't focus the court will allow you to since you have proven you cannot take care of your own finances. Sorry.
very well of course! j c penny went broke 14 times, before getting it right!
Ur question lacks data. There is a voluntary sequestration whereby you offer to offer up your own estate and be declared insolvent. On the other hand, your creditors may make the application to have your estate sequestrated. Assuming that you are currently voluntarily applying for your own sequestration, consequently you can logically not be able to be a curator ad litem, trustee or such to anyone else. But assuming that your creditors are the ones applying for your bankruptcy and you're defending the claim, consequently you are not yet insolvent and as such still have all the full rights and capability of a legal persona which naturally includes taking care of someone else's estate etcetera.
