No, we should be careful what we READ. Donald Wizeman lost this case as a default verdict because he failed to answer the summons and complaint, failed to file an answer, and next failed to show up in court for the hearing - despite have signed for at least one certified letter advising him of the trial. He claims in a minute he never read anything telling him he was being sued. Judges don't resembling people who 'blow them off'. The case against Wizeman was greatly weak. Had he shown up, he'd likely have won. Heck, have he answered the summons with a motion to dismiss he'd probably have won that. Richard
I did not see any stories on this; but, from the size of the award the blogger must have lied, big time. You can say what you want if it is the truth. I would not say aloud anything I could not prove.
