Question about British Police?
So when I was in england once I saw a drunk guy push a police person.(failrly hard) This police officer roughly yelled at the guy something like ....HEY knock it off and walk toward him but just let the drunk guy who pushed him walk away. he didnt follow or arrest him. I wonder if this is middle-of-the-road? Or is this just a unusually nice cop who maybe understands the big picture more than some. If that guy would own done that in the U.S. he would of had a knee on his lead and be about to spend some time in jail.
Cop be either in an unusually good mood, or he have another more important call to go to, or possibly he was close to the end of his shift and didn't want to be spending an hour or two doing arrest paperwork.
95 times out of 100, you shove a cop you're going to get some 'corrective action'... probably involving his truncheon. (English word for nightstick)
Richard
who care? maybe he just wanted the drunk guy to run play in traffic and left him alone.
