How do I fight a wrongly issued speeding ticket?
I was driving on a 6 lane in a sub of chicago and was pulled over doing 61 surrounded by a 45. I was new to the area and traffic be going 55, as far as i know, i was following traffic. I went back subsequent to see where the speed signs were posted and they were on the right side single, i was in the middle lane and there be others passing me in the far left. What really struck me as curious was i saw two people being pulled over at duplicate time i was and once i was pulled off, three more empire came into the same parking lot i did... All different units. To me this seem like a trap and wanted to know some tips to fight it. i hold a court date and want to be prepared.

It sounds like you were part of a speeding detail, where on earth one officer clocks the cars and other officers pull them over. Chances are, you were clocked ably before you saw the officers. Traffic violations are difficult to win contained by court. It is impossible to produce any evidence other than your own testimony that you were not speeding. The officer will read aloud you were, and he is almost always given more credibility in the court room.
