fighting in court ...please help?


Hi guys My ex and me are having section 7 report done by ss about our two kids. The girls enjoy made a claim I sexual abuse them (which I never did and she has no proof) The police drop the case, but although my ex and me are elated to wait for the report the judge has asked for resolution on this issue by finding of fact. He asked my solicitor if I will bring the girls 7,and 5 as witnesses in the finding of fact audible range and have the cross ex examined by a barrister. I think this so unfair to brand name me do this what should I do… make them take the stand to prove im innocent. Or say no I won’t bring them to the stand because it will upset them? Help I hold a solicitor this will be going though civil court my solicitor has to me to make the dissuasion To make them lug the stand or not scared if i make them take the satnd i will look resembling a bad father because i know the mother will fight for them not to go on the stand because it will upest them so much and they will never want to see me after. the girs have told the school,ss,and the doctor the same story

If the girls hold made a claim of sexual abuse then its in your interest to want this further nouns and have the matter fully tested and the right conclusion reached

Hi my heart goes out to you.It must be so horrible to be accused of such a horrific crime that you did not do.Take a step back your girls accuse you of this horrific crime.Sorry but i would ask them to take the stand.Maybe you will lose them but to me what they have done is unforgivable.They are young at heart maybe when they get older they will realise what a dire thing they have done & they will come back to you.
