Do you all understand anything?
This goes out to Danny14551, my avatar is hot but Im not, Lov4nzyx, talisman, and HeatherV. I do appericate the fact that you all answered my cross-question and now I am going to answer yours. He did have a violation of probation, that be because on the day that he was to report to his probation office he have to go to the hospital because of his seizures. He ended up staying within there for 3 weeks and brain damage. The hole right side of his frontal lobe is damaged. That is why the warrent be issued. He went to the store with his homie to get rime and the car has a system in it and the cops thought it be to loud and there you have it he's back surrounded by jail. I'm not saying that he did nothing wrong he did when he be 17 but now he didn't it was his probation officer who did. He went and reported the following week after person release from the hospital, if they were going to revoke his probation they should have did it then. Why adjectives of a sudden they do it 8 months later. Answer that !!
I can understand your anger at the system. Your boyfriend needs to acquire in touch with the lawyer who handle his case. He has a very righteous reason why he didn't report to the PO. He can state his case to the judge but ultimately it's the judge's outcome. I highly doubt that they will make him serve the full time. His lawyer can minister to him plead his case. The prison has to give him his meds and engender reasonable accommodations. But, he still has to salary for his past mistakes.
