What happened to Celino from 'Celino and Barnes' law firm?
So it used to be the 'Celino and Barnes' Injury firm but now the adds are all the 'Barnes Firm'.
I was curious as to what happened to Celino and found this:
'Celino was temporarily disbarred and Celino was censured, along with being forced to take the former out of any advertising completely.'
Im curious as to why he got temporarily disbarred and if he has made his return yet...and if he does, does he get his name back into the ads?
Answer:
i heard it had something to do with loaning clients money (i think the issue was that it was excessive interest). either way, paying a light bill or a house payment which is paid back interest free at settlement is 1 thing, running a loan office like structiured settlement lump sum payment office is quite another thing, and a definite no no. here are 3 of my sources
