Getting my license after a DUI in another state?
I got a DUI here in CA last Febuary. Yes I'm an awful horrlble soul. I've completed all my court obligations here, paid the fines, go to the DUI school, etc. I'm currently on a restricted license here in CA. The restiction ends in August, but I'm moving stern to Denver in July. My questions are this, I have to drive out to Colorado, is that allowed since it's technically for work (my work transferred me)? Once I'm back in Colorado, will I be able to go and get a CO license? Any info would be appreciated.
