How old do you have to be in Georgia to leave your house?
How old do you have to be so you won't be considered a 'runaway?' I hate living with my parents. They do not care, and they are just psychotic. However, I do not want to be taken into state custody (Georgia's child services are poor). I can advocate for myself (been doing it long enough) and I could live somewhere else. Note: This is legit, I am not a little brat seeking attention.

There is no Emancipation in GA but they do have: Termination of Parental Rights and Age of Majority.
Termination of Parental Rights can be found in:
Title 15, Chapter 11, Article 2
Age of Majority can be found in:
Title 39, Chapter 1, Article 1

You should be able to petition the court for emancipation. If that's granted you're an adult and can do as you please. But before you do that you'll have to have a job, a place to stay, etc.
