Family Medical Leave Act Question.?


I am out on disability and covered FMLA. When I return to work can they lay me off or am I still protected? Their business is slow and they have someone else preforming my job. I would fairly stay on disability until the 12 weeks are up if this is true. I need access to my doctors and medicine. If I get out of work I wont be able to afford them.

If you return to work you are saying that you are recovered and able to work. You after become a regular employee again and yes you can be laid off.
