Be expelled first, then start over legally.
Be employed and no criminal records
Speak English

Not be enroll in any type of government dependencies such as welfare.

Pay the appropriate fines.

Not be a criminal.

Should not be living in this country already.

I think they should all be brought together, and then placed into a ship, and then shipped from the UK to the US, where they have the money to deal with illegal immigrants. After all, they are paying less than 4 dollars a gallon of gas, and the rest of the world is paying so much more.

Besides, the US of A was built on immigration. European nations were not. They got this big lady in a harbor that says, 'Bring us your tired, ... huddled masses, yearning to be free.' The US of A has no law requiring English as a language that must be used, so they will have no problems there. Also, they have already rounded up all the Native Americans, and put them in reservations, removed their rights, stolen their minerals, killed off millions of them, so there is no native population to worry about, unlike all the European countries.

speak english, support your self and family. and to have the proof that you came over here legally. no criminal record. and that you do practice birth control.and to take driving lessons.

To have NOT snuck across the border in the first place.
this would likely eliminate any illegals to begin with, because the reason they're illegal is cause they snuck across the border. I don't think we should reward them for doing so. They should have to fill out the proper paperwork FIRST just like everyone else.

1. Go through the existing application process to gain citizenship or visitor status.
2. Pay income taxes on money earned.
3. Stop demanding that we learn a second language or make concessions. The Constitution of the U.S. is written in English, therefore English is the official language.
Pay the amount it costs to apply for citizenship.Pass the naturalization test.Have knowledge of basic English.And be employable and have commited no serious crimes.
