trespassing assault and menacing and protection order charges pressed against me...help?
i recently was involved in a physical encounter,which i went onto someone elses property and assulted her. she has now pressed trespassing ,assault and menacing charges against me along near a protection order. which i knew she would do but i let my bad feeling get the best of me. what should i expect when i go to court?

u might get lucky and not have to go to send to prison but probably not get ready for a few days or if worse comes to worse a few months. sorry use ur head subsequent time if they want to fight they will meet u out somewhere its not worth jail surrounded by the first place.
Get a lawyer! If you know you did wrong, then adopt the plea bargain. Otherwise, fight it all the course!
