Can he be held accountable, through the law?

9 days after the child molister was sentance my daughter took her life ,she could not cope with it,can he be held accountable forher death? he got min 20yrs
Unfortunatley for him to be held to account, you have to show causation and that your daughters suicide was an intended consequence or was reasonably foreseeable.

Sorry for your loss
Sorry; he cannot be criminally charged for a suicide.

However, it could be a factor in a civil case.
you can probably sue for finacial liability as in the OJ case but the families havent received any money after 10 years. This man is in jail now and you cant get blood from a stone. It will be a parole board issue however so stay on top of his situation.
See an attorney about a wrongful death civil case.
I am sorry for your loss.
I think so, Maybe 'reckless endangerment'! I truly hope so!!

I'd like to offer my sincere condolences to you and your family!!

If they let him out even after 20 yr.s, (in your shoes) I'd kill him!!
don't ask the question here .. talk to your lawyer
The person who molested your child is already in jail for
the crime he committed. Although it is tragic that your
child committed suicide, the molester cannot be charged
for the death of your child. However, to make it clearer. why
don't you seek the advise of a lawyer regarding this matter
and hope that there will be a way where you can charge
this man with the death of your child. My prayers are with
you in this most tragic moment of your life. Try to be
strong and get a grasp of leading a new life.
I can understand where you are coming from. There have been cases where a person was found guilty of assisted suicide, he talked them into doing it to be blunt. But you would have to prove that you daughter would not have done this before hand. I understand you daughter was the victim and her was the perpetrator.
No.
No. He could not reasonably be expected to foresee this tragic consequence. He was charged & convicted of the crime he committed. Had he caused actual bodily harm that later caused your daughter's death, he may have been charged with murder, but from what you say he didn't. I am sorry for your loss and feel for you in these terrible circumstances, but I'm afraid that legally the matter is closed.

Answers:
Unfortunately I doubt it. Although it seems obvious that it was his actions, your daughter had free will and he had nothing to do with it.

Sorry to be so factual about it, but that is probably how an answer should be.
