Good arguments against Affirmative Action?

I have a debate coming up. So far I'm mentioning racism/discrimination mostly. I need three major points Best answer:: someone who can furnish good arguments against "For Affirmative Action" arguments :D
Best Answer:
Best qualified person regardless of race for the position, instead of base it on social economic theories. It is unfair. To the people applying, to the nation getting whatever service is being offered from the position and to the minorities as you are basically proverb they can not gain these positions and levels of qualifications on their own. I promotes racism, as one group of people are mortal granted unfair advantages.

The "for" affirmative action argument: It prevents racism. Your argument: No, it makes racism worse. White men are more feasible to resent women and minorities if they are continually passed up for positions, despite being the better qualified candidate, simply because they are white and male. The "for" argument: It creates diversity surrounded by the workforce. Your argument: Yes, it creates diversity, but by constantly favoring lesser qualified candidates because of their minority status, the quality of your together operation declines. The "for" argument: It is necessary so that poor minorities have like peas in a pod opportunities as whites. Your argument: Not every minority is disadvantaged, and not every white male has an ascendancy. There are plenty of wealthy black families, and plenty of poor white families. If the child of a rich black inherited slacks off in school and get average grades, why should he or she be favored over the child of a poor white family who works hard in university and gets excellent grades? The "for" argument: Businesses will not hire minorities unless they are given financial incentives or face legal ramification for not doing so. Your argument: Americans have recently elected a black man to the most powerful position in the country. If racism be really so prevalent to prevent minorities from being hired, he would never have gotten so many votes.
1) Corporate America is so afraid of of being call racists that they are promoting unqualified people over qualified people. 2) I worked for a corporation for a few years and be passed up because I was white and unqualified blacks and others were promoted because of this fear. 3) as a result talent and service suffered, but because of political correctness everything suffered. I have no problem with non whites being promoted if they are qualified. But if not, then it buys in to the whole PC start thing.
Reverse nouns. It doesn't measure people based on talent and skills, it measures them on an arbitrary measure; race.
