like if you prearrange to meet the person and when you stir to buy is there a chance they could be a cop looking to make a bust? NY kinda decriminalized pot so the most they can do is fine you $100. So would the NYPD use resources ballyhoo weed online, email back and forth to set up a deal to buy like 1/4 o and later just arrest the buyer?
