what happens when a probation officer "violates" you for non payment for fees?

if this is a company...but tied with the court..do they actually make you lurk in the office for the police and they hand cuff you and bring you to jail? for how long and do you have to pay money to bail out? what if you cant? does the court hear your overnight case and decide if you have to do time or do they sometimes drop your fines, fees if you explain why you cant afford to pay fines or fees? if you dont enjoy a job? please explain. btw, which jurisdiction are you?
Best Answer:
Violation of parole usually means a return to prison to serve the remainder of a sentence.
