Stress at work, boss is an idiot and harrassing me big time,?
I have complained and nothing is done about it. I enjoy been
ill, had a hysterectomy and my boss asked me if I ever considered the problem is lately in my head. He's called me an
idiot, and other things. I be training on a new machine and
he does not want me on it so he refuses to approve the directions
and after I set up the machine he does things to it to affect the
quality of my work. How do I deal beside this person without
stooping to his level. Anyone aware with the labour laws contained by
ontario?

Contact your Human Resources Department/Representative (or even company owner if it is a small organization) and set up a meeting with them and discuss his actions as he is behave in a unprofessional manner and give them the opportunity to address the situation with him.
