I thought that speech that incites violence was not protected by the first amendment?

So why have the members of NAMBLA not been arrested for learning people how to molest boys? Conor and Laughter - I know they publish literature that schools men on how to go almost finding and luring boys. Okay, so maybe not every member is responsible for this, but the leaders are. A little boy in Boston be raped and murdered by two subhumans who were found to be holding their literature. The parents sued NAMBLA, but I don't know how far they got.

Please add details specifically as to how exactly they are teaching people how to molest boys? Secondly, I believe Nambla's headquarters is not within the United States and the first amendment is in the US Constitution and only applies to US Soil. The headquarters would retain their membership information. Thirdly, you'd enjoy to prove that each and every member is actively educating other predators how to molest a child. Other than that, unless the member of Nambla is molesting a child, it's not against the statute to be a member. It's the same concept with the KKK - their member rally about bringing violence to minorities, and they still exist. Hell - the police escort them when they enjoy their rallies.
The North American Marlon Brando Look Alikes? What did they ever do to anyone?
Yes there are so oodles questions like these which have no answers. There is a great deal of wrong done in the name of religion and the leaders will one day hold to take the charge for all the sin.
Your thought is incorrect. Assuming you are in the u.s., the Supreme Court has said that the constitution does not preclude a state from regulating speech where on earth there is a "clear and present danger" of violence. The danger you forsee is neither clear nor present. Furthermore, the reality that the constitution would allow a state to regulate such speech does not mean that any state or every state has actually done so. My state have no statute that would make it a crime to advocate committing crimes against children.
I remember the surreal feeling I have when I realized NAMBLA was an actual entity. Freedom of speech is a wonderful principle, but this is one of those instances where its hypothetical aspect clashes with its practical application. In theory & under tenet, organizations like NAMBLA or the KKK are wholly lawful entities that seek change via legal application. There are in no doubt factions of the right-wing that would be more than happy to persecute people simply for have thoughts they dont agree with. So the existence of NAMBLA while grotesque & repulsive to those of us with a mental equilibrium, is justified beneath the constitution. Saying they incite people to molest boys is akin to blaming rap music for police shootings or Marilyn Manson for Columbine. That being said, they do publish books on how to seduce boys. The reason they can't be persecuted is because they never advoate the use of belligerence or coercion in their text. There was a satchel a couple of years ago when a school principal lost his job when the board came to know he be a member of NAMBLA. Amazingly, this does imply discrimination. I saw a documentary on NAMBLA a couple of months ago. I couldn't suffer to finish it because there was something in their eyes that scream perverse. There was something about the way them that sent a chill up my spine. These ethnic group seriously believe, with all their heart and soul, that there is nought wrong with sexual relations with an 8 year old boy.It is also true that deeply of NAMBLA members suffer persecution & a pariah status from the public even though they have no criminal dictation, simply for their beliefs. There are FBI sting agents who have infiltrated NAMBLA & arrested several members who planned to travel overseas to have sex beside boys. Even then, the FBI has to really manipulate the tenet to bring these people to court because theres the issue of HOW the evidence was accumulated. For example, the discreetly placed NAMBLA website requires a password only just to gain access. The fact of the matter is, justice contained by this country varies according to how much of it you can buy. NAMBLA is supported by the ACLU. You could walk down a street with a can of beer & likelihood are, you'd be stopped by the police for a breath test while people like R. Kelly urinate on a 15 year outdated girls face on video & get off scott free. The adjectives truth is that organizations like the NAMBLA & the KKK exist because there own been & are powerful people who support them from behind the scene. The case you mentioned is the Curley v. Nambla case. The parents filed a lawsuit against NAMBLA beneath the District court of Massachusetts. The case was dropped after nearly 11 years of stagnation on grounds that the key witness wasn't competent to testify. I cannot even originate to fathom what the child's parents went through, much less the child. The following is a rare & outstandingly disturbing 6 part documentary regarding NAMBLA featuring interviews near actual NAMBLA members. I know your getting broadband tomorrow but if you decide to watch it, please do so on an free stomach. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SN1R3Rv7pC0
