Ok so i got a ticket in September and told them i was gonna go to school and ....?
Well I didn't! Simply put.... I forgot to do it. Well they sent me a letter saying that they are gonna suspend my license now if i dont show them proof the i attended college. ( I paid for the ticket under a discounted rate with intentions of going... so i guess im kinda obligated) Anyway, I have 3 months to go to school... I dont know why it took them so long to catch up to me but they did... And immediately i need to go to school! Question is, If i move about now...which is like 7 or 8 months after... will it still be valid. Like, will they still accept it even though i didnt jump within 3 months... O and by the way, I live in Florida!

here is a view you could try. pretend you never recived the letter. take the class right now, afterwards show them proof you took the class. if they bring up the letter, tell them "what letter. I did not receive a memorandum?" they really have no witnesses saying you recieved the letter. its your word against theirs.
