Does anyone know the marijuana and cigarette laws in Russia and In Japan?
Im going to Japan and Russia in the next few months, and I would like to know what the laws are out there for marijuana and cigarettes. Whats the legal cigarette smoking age in Japan and Russia, and is marijuana legal there?
In Japan the legal age for smoking is 20. Marijuana is HIGHLY illegal and they wont just slap you on the wrist if your caught these days. Just ask Paul McCartney.
Not sure about Russia, but you're not an Asian male if you don't smoke.
