My husband filed for a modification of child custody on March 17 '08 both he and ex wife signed it we are?
waiting on the judge to sign off on it because they agreed on everything and we have already have his son for 2 years. How long does it take for the judge to sign off on it?
Not sure but you may enjoy to return to court for the full reading. If it is to just be signed, should take a couple weeks by the time it is signed and put into the records.
