Should the BBC's expenses be subjected to scrutiny?

Now the MP's expenses have been found to begar belief is it time to look at the expenses claimed by the BBC? The Government quite blissfully raise the price of a television license without investigating what this money is self spent on. I personally think the TV LICENSE FEE SHOULD BE ABOLISHED and the BBC made to compete with other medium on a level playing field.
Best Answer:
No. The expenses, AND THE BBC AS A WHOLE, should be subjected to the free market. THEN they would sink like a stone under the calamitous freeloader attitude from management who! ,with out the bottomless pit of guaranteed public money, couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery. Time the BBC be scuppered. it gives hardly anything subsidise for the money it takes. We should have a referendum on the BBC and the licence fee.
Now that WOULD be interesting. I agree 100%.
I think that's an excellent concept and I also think all their salaries should be public expertise.
BBC staff order a cab to walk for a coffee with a music artist. They sit in for a coffee while the cab ticks outside cafe'. They dont wanna phone second cab coz it means two cab reciepts. This is how they spend in dribs and drabs money. Such things cannot be detected by system but they can be stopped.
Yes!And all BBC employees salaries to be placed contained by the public domain.
Of course as it's public money, but truism that I think that the BBC should be abolished as it is the most biased media outlet that I own ever come across.
The BBC is and Always has been a Closed Shop Institute. It is run Similar to a Government Department, From the Top down. Their Expenses will be a Lot more difficult to Scrutinise because they will Claim its a Business....a Corporation, Private and Expenses they will Claim are dealt beside Internally. That's their get out Clause.
