how much trouble do you think i can get in for trespassing in denver?
i got arrested in denver for trespassing at the red rocks ampatheatre while i was drunk. i spent the darkness in jail and in the morning i pled not-guilty. the guy that go before me in court also was trespassing and the settle gave him 30 days, i dont know if he was a repeat offender or anything, but thats why i pled not-guilty. this is my first trespassing charge, although i also enjoy a pending minor in possession of alcohol in unmarked mexico from 2007. what do you think the judge will give me? man that my record is pretty clean? i also already have going on for 14 hours time served. i posted my own bail, and i go back to court on the 11th of June. thank you

Get a lawyer if you haven't done so already. You'll probably take probation.
