Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) on Permanent Record?

Please I need an answer from a professional lawyer.
My boyfriend who lives in the District of Columbia received a pro tem restraining order (TRO) from his crazy ex-girlfriend. He has not been to the audible range yet, but all she has is false accusation, so we are not worried about that part. What we are worried about is will this show up on a warranty clearance and will this show up and/or remain on a permanent record? Thank you so much for your help.
It shouldn't budge on the record, unless it's made permanent.
The record that a TRO be issued will ALWAYS exist. If a permanent order is not issued, that fact will appear within the SAME record. ALL court records are permanent. It WILL show up on a circumstance check for a government security clearance, but it won't hurt unless the hearing determines in that is reason to make the order beyond repair. She got the TRO because she presented some evidence to a judge that would make it appear that nearby was cause to have it issued.

This is TEMPORARY until your boyfriend have a chance to appear and oppose it.

It will not appear on his permanent diary unless the stay-away order is made permanent.
