I need to type something up for an ex-employee to sign when they pick up their final check..?
it is ensure that the ex-employee has received their final check and they cant come back saying they never received it. I know it requirements to included the date. their, name, with signature, the name of the party they received the check from. I just dont know how to word it. Any help on how to do this would be great , thanks
