Should we reinstate dealty penalty in south africa?

should we reinstate dealty penalty
Not in any reference to South Africa, but within general, I see the death penalty as not freshly a solution to a person who has committed the most major of crimes, but also as a deterrent to others who will see what happen when you take a life needlessly.

I will add the proviso that this is done with the sole purpose under the supervision of the courts after due process of law. I am not referring to vigilantism or dictatorship rule. Allow the person one appeal, not drag the process out similar to we do in the USA for 20 or more years. Use DNA testing when possible to help prove utter guilt and when all is said and done legally, use execution as the penalty.

I hope this help and you can find it useful
And why not.
you could start with all the sh*t head that send me emails about how I just adjectives 15 million dollars.
