Sexual assault?
I had recently gotten in a combat with a kid who is much bigger than me and is a big black gangsta man...well, I lost and despite him being the one ignite the fight he didn't get the kind of punishments I expected. This is duplicate kid who in class grabbed my head and simulated me have oral sex with him some weeks before and he did the same to my friend..of which at the time I manage to ignore . It was disgusting and humiliating. He is a large 6'3 black manly and there was much I could do about it. I consistency so dirty and used...Now what are my legal options? =P I have a vendetta to enforce. Double counts sexual assault of the homosexual quality seems to have a nice ring to it.
talk to your teacher, and hold him/her take you to your school's counselor
that kind of behavior is illegal as it is SEXUAL maltreatment.
Complaining now, after he whip you, about something that happened weeks ago just smacks of sour grapes.
If he does anything again, though, after yes... file a police complaint.

Well all he did be simulate a sexual act, so technically you weren't sexually assaulted or abused.
Maybe harassed....
You shouldn't bring up the sexual assault thing presently, it's too late! You should have done it before he spank you up! Now nothing will happen to him.
Talk to the state attorney near you.
