Question about child custody?

I am fighting a lawsuit with my ex regarding the custody of my daughter, who is not quite 6 months old. My lawyer has granted to focus on the insanity argument, meaning he is arguing that my ex is mentally ill and should not be taking care of a small babe all by himself. I have a letter that proves that my ex is a registered Democrat, and I also enjoy an e-mail saying that he voted for Hillary Clinton in the New Hampshire primary. Would most New Hampshire state courts consider this to constitute a prima facie proof of insanity, or would further corroboration be required?
sounds like a good example of extra stable behavior, at least he can report you why without stuttering, or laying out inane platitudes Your ex is certifiable. He's a danger to himself & everyone around him.
your ex wants to see a professional (if the insanity claim has any merit)
. and If i were you, I'd dump your lawyer. To suggest that your ex is "insane" short corroboration means that he is not looking out for your best interest.

Find a new lawyer. you entail it.
LOL! Very clever. You get a star for that one.
if you are actuially stipid ample to try that arguement in a real court of law,you realy shouldent be breading to commence with.LOL
