cocaine has been and continues to be smuggled in to every state in the union every day. Still, would you have the 50 governors calling press conferences every day to alert the nation to what is already known in every home in the country? That would be like announcing that there are burglars in every state, or thieves, or speeding cars, or junkies. of course there are.
