Remove a Restraining order?
For example...
Say a state issued a restraining order on a childs parent for there protection, several years later, when the child is 18 and of lawful age, can that child go to the courts and have the order removed so that at hand able to see there parents?
I would assume since the order be placed by them, and it was done serval serval years before that, they could easily hold it dropped.
I think restraining orders usually have a time demarcate on them.
Temporary orders are generally for thirty days, and then own to be extended. Extended orders always have a time delineate. If the order is valid, and the child is listed on the order, afterwards its a crime for him to violate it. Make sure the order is still valid, and if it is, you can go back to own flesh and blood court and ask for it to be ammended or removed.
