I dont think it was fraud,i bought something and i didnt pay for it.?

i dont live in germany any more
You obviously didn't buy it because you never paid for it.. so you've stolen it and its THEFT!!
If you didn't pay for it, you didn't buy it. So that's fraud or theft

Answers:
Germany won't extradite you and send you to court if that is your main concern. It may show up on a German form of credit bureau as an unpaid debt or suit depending on the creditor.

To clear your conscience you could pay them back, but otherwise should be able to not fear entering the country.
Sounds like theft. you didn't buy it.. you stole it.

What has this got to do with Germany?
did you buy something on H.P. and then leave the county - if so ,,, yes it is fraud
You mean you entered into a contract whereby someone provided you with an item or service and you agreed to pay them for it.

You have not kept your side of the contract. So you have defrauded the supplier of said good or service.
How can you buy something - and actually not pay for it; unless you change 'bought' to 'nicked'..??
THEFT big style

Why Germany, ?
Nein nein! Machst du nicht!
Did I miss something ?
You didn't pay for something you bought.
Just how is it not possible?
You are a thief.
What has fraud got to do with it?
Did Germany kick you out for being a thief?
Your question ask more questions and is unanswerable
hope you find the answer you are looking for, all the best

Naughty Naughty but if you lived in Germany when you 'STOLE' it and don't live there anymore i wouldn't sweat it! If they come looking for you then pay them for the cost it was!
If you didn't pay for it, then you didn't BUY it. You stole it!
