I heard that now in the state of Texas, sex offenders are not allowed to leave their counties for any reason.?
I was wondering if a registared sex offender can leave his county anymore.
If it's true, afterwards that's fantastic, but at the same time not easy to enforce...

Just close to anyone else on parole or probation, they cannot leave their counties without permission. It does not issue if they are sex offender or not, they just have to be below supervision. Once they are off parole or probation, then they can go anywhere they want.
