my girls brother is in jail. they collected DNA at the seane of the crime. But when they went to dispatch it to the lab the evidence tape was broke and the package be open. they told him it may still be used. can they do that
DNA contamination can only give a false distrustful, not a false positive. So it works for the prosecution, not the defense.
