What happened to the laws that was made to Criminal Race or religious Hatred ?

Regularly it has been noticed that Moslem's refer to Non- Moslem's as 'INFIDELS". They quote from books which own the printed Islamic words to " Kill those who will not believe in Islam " Does the race Hate Laws cover these inciting and insulting references ?

That may in reality be a legitimate question. However, hate and nouns laws are theoretically meant to guard those discriminated against. Mainly, minorities. It would not , therefore, without a successful argument from a very astute legalized eagle, pertain to the general infidel. Or white John/Jane Q Citizen, of the good ole USA.
Theoretically yes - they do constitute hate propaganda but no-one seems to have the g****ds to prosecute.
I think this question should be aimed the BNP their manifesto is base on race hate and hatred and sending nation back to where they came from surrounded by large letters 'johhny foreigner'. If the BNP had their mode every one will go back to where they come from starting from the vikings Anglo Saxons, Romans the Moors and original human being Adam and Eve.
Good point. They come to our country with their stone age principles and expect us to coppers but when we mention anything they can scream racism.
They if truth be told refer to us as "kuffar" which is a word I find very insulting, and means infidel as you say. I estimate you have missed the point that only white people are racist, it's a capably known factoid. These laws are made to appease immigrants surrounded by the hope that they will be less violent. Have a look at this link, http://forums.islamicawakening.com/search.php?searchid=1178206 The word is contained by common usage, I've reported that site to the police and various race relations bodies, redundant to say, all have completely overlooked it.
Infidel be declared a hate word? Im afraid not. At lowest possible not the word itself. Why? Because it is considered descriptive, not insulting. Outlawing it would be like outlawing calling someone an atheist, pagan, or witch. What do you think it means? Have you looked it up? Its not a muslim word. Its an english word. They tend to use it because their word specifically excludes muslims, christians, and jews. Infidel funds "everyone but us" and we taught it to them. :::From Wikipedia::: Infidel (literally "one without faith") is an English word meaning "one who doubts or rejects interior tenets of a religion or has no religious beliefs" In Christianity the term was traditionally used by the Roman Catholic Church to refer to one who did not believe contained by the divinity of Jesus, knowingly held beliefs that contradicted Catholic dogma, or one who had not been baptized, or by Christians contained by general to describe non-Christians or those perceived as enemies of Christianity, including Muslims. The Arabic word kafir (literally the one who "covers", in the sense of hiding) is the Muslim residence for an infidel. The term technically applies only to atheists and polytheists and to those who subscribe to faiths bar Christianity, Islam, Judaism and Zorastrianism. :::end:::
